Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Pasco Medicare may collect through this website, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Last updated: August 5, 2026
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, Medicare beneficiary identifiers, payment-card information, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through a general website contact form unless a secure form specifically requests it.

1. Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through PascoMedicare.com, including its pages, contact forms, appointment tools, downloads, and other online features (the “Website”). It does not replace any separate privacy notice provided with an insurance application, carrier portal, secure enrollment system, or other service governed by its own terms.

By using the Website, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy and our Terms of Service.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

We may collect information you voluntarily provide, such as:

  • Name, telephone number, email address, ZIP code, county, and preferred contact method;
  • Appointment preferences and information included in a question or message;
  • General Medicare status or interests, such as turning 65, current coverage, retirement timing, or the type of assistance requested;
  • Information submitted when requesting a guide, attending an event, completing a survey, or communicating with us; and
  • Records of your consent and communication preferences.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Website, we and our technology providers may automatically receive device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, date and time, links clicked, and cookie or advertising identifiers.

Information from other sources

We may receive information from referral partners, event registrations, advertising platforms, public sources, insurers, or service providers when permitted by law and consistent with the reason the information was provided.

3. How we use information

We may use personal information to:

  • Respond to questions and appointment requests;
  • Provide educational resources and requested information;
  • Understand your Medicare-related needs and prepare for a conversation;
  • Communicate about appointments, services, events, and updates in accordance with your choices;
  • Operate, personalize, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the Website;
  • Measure advertising, website traffic, and campaign effectiveness;
  • Maintain records, prevent fraud or misuse, and comply with legal, regulatory, carrier, and contractual obligations; and
  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

Submitting information through the Website does not enroll you in an insurance plan.

4. How we disclose information

We may disclose information as reasonably necessary to:

  • Service providers: website hosting, customer relationship management, form processing, scheduling, communications, analytics, advertising, data security, and technical support providers working on our behalf;
  • Licensed professionals and insurers: when needed to respond to your request, compare available options, process an authorized application, or service coverage;
  • Legal and safety recipients: government authorities, regulators, courts, professional advisers, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security;
  • Business transactions: parties involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or transfer of some or all business assets, subject to appropriate safeguards; and
  • Other recipients: when you direct us to disclose information or provide consent.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some analytics or advertising technologies may be treated as “selling,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain state privacy laws even when no money changes hands. Where applicable, you may request to opt out as described below.

5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

The Website may use cookies, pixels, tags, session-replay technology, and similar tools to keep features working, remember preferences, understand how visitors use the Website, identify technical problems, measure campaigns, and deliver or evaluate advertising.

These tools may be provided by website, analytics, advertising, video, scheduling, or communications vendors. Their use of information may be governed by their own privacy policies.

You can adjust browser settings to block or delete cookies. Doing so may affect Website functionality. Where a cookie-preference tool is available, you can use it to manage nonessential cookies. We will process legally recognized browser-based opt-out signals, such as Global Privacy Control, when required and technically detectable.

6. Telephone, text, and email communications

If you provide contact information, we may respond regarding your inquiry or appointment. Marketing calls, automated calls, or text messages will be made only as permitted by law and according to the consent language shown when information is collected. Consent to receive marketing calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing a product or service.

You may opt out of marketing email by using the unsubscribe link. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP. You may also revoke consent through any other reasonable method, including by contacting us. We may send a one-time confirmation of an opt-out request and may continue to send nonmarketing communications that are necessary to respond to you or service an existing relationship.

7. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live and whether a particular privacy law applies, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, and to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, sharing, or profiling activities.

To make a request, use our contact page or call 727-203-3513. Please describe your request and provide enough information for us to reasonably verify your identity. We may deny or limit a request when permitted by law, including when information must be retained for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, security, insurance-servicing, or recordkeeping purposes.

You may use an authorized agent where applicable. We may request proof of the agent’s authority and may need to verify your identity directly. You will not be discriminated against for exercising an applicable privacy right. If an applicable law provides an appeal right, you may appeal a denied request by contacting us and stating that you are submitting a privacy appeal.

8. Data security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to respond to requests, maintain business and consent records, service relationships, comply with insurance and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary based on the information, the relationship, and applicable requirements.

9. Children’s privacy

The Website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Website, please contact us so we can review and, when appropriate, delete it.

10. Third-party websites and services

The Website may link to Medicare.gov, insurers, appointment systems, video platforms, maps, social networks, or other third-party services. We do not control those parties’ privacy or security practices. Review the privacy policy of each third party before providing information.

11. Updates to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in technology, services, law, or data practices. The “Last updated” date shows when the policy was most recently revised. Material changes will apply prospectively, and additional notice will be provided when required by law.
